Based in Naples, Florida, Dean Mlinarich has guided operations as the owner and president of Millworth Group Homes, LLC, since 2019. In addition to managing all daily operations of the real estate development company, he oversees a complete range of services, including residential planning, interior design, and remodeling. In addition to his work at Millworth Group Homes, Dean Mlinarich is the vice president and owner of Robert S. Perkins General Contractor, Inc., also in Naples, Florida. He began his construction career with the company in the late 1980s before taking on an ownership role at First Atlantic Mortgage Services, Inc. He has also driven real estate and construction activities at companies such as High Impact Development, Inc., and Minark Group Realty. Outside of the real estate and construction industries, he has experience as the owner of multiple St. Petersburg day care centers, which provided care to nearly 200 children.
Mr. Mlinarich received his real estate estate sales license from the Bert Rodgers School of Real Estate in St. Petersburg. His professional memberships include the National Builders Conference and the National Association of Realtors.
